ELEC/ACMV Quantity Surveyor

Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders, work out variation claims, and verify measurements with the client.

Assess and submit a monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors monthly progress payment.

Certify and evaluate the progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both the main contract and subcontract work.

Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts.

Experienced in the electrical trade or ACMV trade of HDB/Condominium/Commercial projects.
