Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned cluster, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and updated records to support reporting and follow-up actions.
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, and ensure complete and accurate data entry in the system.
- Serve as the main point of contact for eldercare beneficiaries, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Coordinate monthly distributions such as meals and grocery packs based on cluster needs.
- Plan, organise, and support events and activities that promote elder wellness and social inclusion.
- Work closely with volunteers for befriending programmes and community visits, ensuring suitable matching and engagement.
- Support volunteer management efforts, including coordination, deployment, and feedback collection.
- Participate in hotline duty rotation and handle incoming calls promptly and appropriately.
- Redirect calls to relevant departments (e.g., funeral assistance team) when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in community engagement or eldercare services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for working with seniors.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data management skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Additional Details:
- Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
- Must be willing to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
