Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer to oversee and manage one of our clients key projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and compliance standards on-site
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health regulations
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
Provide safety training and briefings to project teams
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on EHS matters
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety
Registered MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, preferably in the life sciences industry
Proven experience developing and implementing Risk Management Plans (bizSAFE Level 3 and above)
Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
