About the Role
Join ENGIE Services Singapore as an EHS Officer and play a critical role in ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance at a leading healthcare facility. You will champion a strong safety culture, uphold regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in EHS practices within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on statutory duties under the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act and ensure full compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments, aspect-impact analysis, and implement effective control measures.
  • Maintain and update EHS management system documentation enforce standards across operations.
  • Monitor and report EHS performance, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Assist in emergency response planning, drills, and crisis preparedness.
  • Conduct EHS audits, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Qualify contractors and suppliers for compliance with EHS requirements.
  • Organize and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for site personnel.
  • Support ad-hoc EHS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in Facilities Management or healthcare environment.
  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
  • Strong knowledge of WSH Act, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and deliver EHS training effectively.
  • Preferred: Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
