Job Description Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) intern (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Environmental/Sustainability focus) to support the planning and execution of site- wide EHS initiatives and programmes. This role offers hands- on experience in environmental, health and safety projects. It is ideal for mechanical, electrical, or sustainability students with a strong dedication in promoting interest in workplace Environmental, Health and Safety.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections across various departments.
- Help develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
- Support the preparation of safety and environmental reports and documentation.
- Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with team members to identify safety hazards and recommend improvements.
- Maintain safety and environmental records in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in organizing safety and environmental meetings and workshops.
Ideal Candidate
- Mechanical or electrical engineering student (or recent graduate) who is passionate about promoting and eager to apply technical knowledge to real- world Environmental, Health and Safety challenges in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
