Job Description

Manage Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) related management system and documentation (ISO 45001, BizSafe Level Star)
Keep up to date and ensure compliance with current regulation and other requirements
Ensure all relevant licenses and permits are valid and licensing conditions are adhere to
Lead EHS internal/ISO/Customer related audits
Liaise and coordinate with government agencies on EHS matters
Conduct EHS training (SIC for new employees, contractors)
Conduct and review risk assessments of related work activities and implement control measures
Conduct regular EHS meeting/toolbox meeting/site inspection and prepare reports
Monitor and review work activities, processes to develop and implement safe work procedures
Conduct investigation to incidents at workplace and recommends improvement or corrective actions
Organise safety health promotion and improvement programs
Encourage safe working culture
Manage company emergency response plan (ERP) and CERT Team
Conduct evacuation, emergency response drill, table-top exercise and training
Ensure emergency response equipment are regularly maintained
