Job Overview

We are a Semiconductor Equipment company.

These high precision machines are built, tuned and tested in house before shipping out.

You are responsible for the beginning (Preparation) & ending (Pre-Shipment) stages.

You will get to learn more on Windows OS, IPC, motor controllers, drivers, barcode scanners, vision camera and more.

Responsibility and Duties

Preparation:

. Prepare the software driver & application versions required in a PC which is the heart of the machine.

. Once a system is firstly power up, configure its controllers & Drivers.

. Check through all the Inputs/Outputs, correspond to sensors & actuators.

. Check through all the motor axes, perform necessary tunning.

. Able to troubleshoot on the component level.

Pre-Shipment:

. Backup machine data.

. Perform antivirus scanning.

. Update setup procedures & user manual, if changes were made.

Skill Requirement

. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or its equivalent ( students on vacation or students looking for a creditable internship to apply)

. Programming experience in dotnet C# is a plus.

. Good hands-on knowledge and interest in self improving job knowledge.
