IT Support Engineer/Technician

We are looking for a POS Support Engineer/Technician to support our F&B and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure POS systems, receipt printers andkitchen printers

Provide on-site and remote technical support

Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

Setup and maintain LAN / router / IP configuration

Perform system maintenance and updates

Prepare basic service reports and documentation

Requirements

Basic knowledge in IT, hardware and networking

Experience in POS system / printer support preferred

Familiar with Windows OS and network setup

Able to work independently and handle customer issues

Good communication skills

Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Salary Range

SGD $2,500 - $3,000 (depending on experience)
