Job Summary

We seek an energetic Education Partnerships & Business Development Senior Executive to grow our AI-powered platform, Zairoo, by developing partnerships and driving user acquisition through strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

Develop and secure partnerships with tuition centres, tutors, enrichment providers, and education-related organisations to expand Zairoo's market presence
Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, trials, and pilot programmes to showcase Zairoo's capabilities and benefits
Build and manage a comprehensive pipeline of potential partners, overseeing outreach, engagement, and onboarding processes
Drive user acquisition and increase product adoption by implementing partnership and referral initiatives aligned with growth targets
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaign execution and incorporate partner feedback for continuous improvement
Monitor and analyse partnership outcomes, user growth metrics, and conversion performance to inform strategic decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related discipline
Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, education, EdTech, or related fields
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills demonstrated through stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to conduct outreach, network effectively, and engage external stakeholders to build partnerships
Results-driven mindset with experience working towards clear partnership and user-growth objectives
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Interest in education, technology, and AI-enabled learning products
