Education Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and advise students for IB, International A-Level, and Singapore government school pathways
• Communicate with parents and students to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs
• Coordinate with teachers on class scheduling and student progress
• Support the marketing team in preparing promotional materials (e.g., posters, social media content)
• Provide regular feedback and enrollment reports to the management team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, Business, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with the Singapore education system (IB, A-Level, and government school pathways preferred)
• Prior experience in student recruitment, counseling, or education consulting is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with students and parents
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating class scheduling with teachers
• Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching and marketing teams
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and other domestic/international apps for promotion and engagement is strongly preferred.
