Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst (BA) collaborates with eCommerce business stakeholders across SEAO markets and the offshore delivery team in India. Taking ownership of requirements and demonstrating strong initiative to ensure clear documentation, effective coordination & communication, as well as timely delivery of continuous platform enhancements.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
- Document initial assumptions and refine them through discussions with clients.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis against existing system capabilities to identify enhancement needs.
- Facilitate follow-up sessions to review fit-gap outcomes and help prioritize feature requests.
- Finalize and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
- Drive requirement sign-off and maintain traceability of agreed changes.
- Coordinate localization needs or market-specific variations where applicable.
- Prepare and hand over UAT materials, including test scenarios and user guides.
- Support business users during UAT, addressing queries and clarifying requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize UAT defects in collaboration with QA and development teams.
- Follow up to secure timely UAT sign-off and readiness for release.
- Work closely with the delivery team to track progress and ensure requirement clarity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of SAP Hybris exposure.
- Experience in e-commerce/retail process
- Agile mindset & great communication.
- Strong BA skills. Requirements, process flows & user stories.
- Ability to read and understand technical document and API document as well as integration flow.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (Java, Angular, microservices) and SOAP/REST API concepts.
- Nice to have any prior experience in ERP.
- Development experience in any programing language.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with database concepts and project management methodologies.
