About the Role
- We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to inbound shipments, pick and pack online orders accurately. You'll operate basic warehouse systems, and help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, verify, pack, and label orders accurately stage for pickup or carrier dispatch
- Handle returns/exchanges
- Receive goods, put away stock, restock pick locations, and perform cycle counts
- Update order status in WMS/POS print shipping labels and carrier manifests
- Coordinate daily handoff with carriers
- Basic housekeeping
- Open and close warehouse, maintain safety as well as fire safety
- Support other warehouse tasks as needed during peak periods
- Greet walk-in/self-collect customers verify order details/ID process payments and receipts
Qualifications
- Comfortable with talking to customers and POS/cash handling
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically able to lift up to 10 kg
Schedule
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm
(Timing can adjust, Flexi Hours), may be required for longer hours during peak periods
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Warehouse environment, able to lift up to 7.5kg(can use trolley to push, and elevator), bending, and ladder use
- Use of packaging materials and tools such as tape dispenser, scissors, printer, polymailer bags and carton boxes
- Training will be provided
