We are seeking an E-commerce Manager (4–6 years experience) to own and scale the online performance of a portfolio of premium beauty and personal care brands across leading Southeast Asian marketplaces.
This role has end-to-end responsibility for multiple official brand stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, covering commercial strategy, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketplace operations. You will manage 1–2 e-commerce executives and work with external agencies or enablers where required.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how beauty e-commerce and marketplaces truly operate—able to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and commercial discipline. The company is a high-growth consumer business operating across multiple Asian markets, partnering with international brands to build and scale their online presence through a mix of digital, social, and omnichannel retail strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Ownership & Execution
- Own day-to-day operations of multiple official brand stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Ensure strong execution across listings, pricing, assortment, content, and platform mechanics
- Maintain store health, compliance, platform KPIs, and campaign readiness
- Build, refine, and scale SOPs and workflows as the brand portfolio grows
Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own sales targets, margins, and contribution profit across assigned brand stores
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly commercial calendars (mega campaigns, brand promotions, product launches)
- Drive pricing, voucher, bundle, and promotional strategies to balance growth and profitability
- Partner closely with finance and operations on forecasting and demand planning
Performance Marketing & Advertising
- Hands-on management or oversight of marketplace advertising across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
- Strong working knowledge of GMV-driven ad models, ROAS, CAC, budget pacing, and performance optimisation
- Manage agencies or enablers with clear KPIs and accountability
TikTok Shop & Social Commerce (Advantageous)
- Support and grow TikTok Shop performance across multiple brands
- Exposure to live selling, affiliate programmes, or creator-led commerce is a strong plus
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to drive conversion-focused social commerce initiatives
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop 1–2 e-commerce executives with clear performance expectations
- Build strong working relationships with marketplace account managers to secure visibility and campaign support
- Partner closely with marketing, retail, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure aligned execution
- Coordinate online marketplace plans with offline retail priorities where relevant
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track and analyse key KPIs including GMV, net sales, margins, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and CAC
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans
- Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and platform changes to inform commercial strategy
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital retail with direct ownership of marketplace performance
- Experience in beauty, skincare, health, or personal care categories strongly preferred
- Strong, practical understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop operations and campaign mechanics
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and performance optimisation
- Commercially driven with a clear P&L ownership mindset
- Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis, forecasting, and decision-making
