- Daily operations includes preparing of orders and packing of orders
- Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc)
- Managing customer enquiries on platform chats
- Develop, create and manage product listing on E-Commerce websites/platforms
- Team Player - works with various departments (product management, graphics & sales)
- Curate content for social platforms like Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok.
- Brand/product launches - Liason with KOL & ensure content are updated.
- Experience with Photoshop would be a plus.
- Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work as a team, providing constructive feedback to faciliate process.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effective time management.
5 day work week (Saturdays included, rotation basis)
Working hours - 0900hrs - 1700hrs
6 Months Contract (Full-time conversion may be offered. Subject to performance)
