Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The candidate is required to provide the E-commerce manager with E-Marketing & E-merchandising support for Singapores E-retail & Brand site while supporting the CRM team with member engagement and retention activities.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things marketing and digital, with a self-starter personality. The candidate will have to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, editing tools such as photoshop/illustrator and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-marketing & E-merchandising:
- Assist E-commerce manager with localization briefs for routine site changeovers and/or seasonal animations, requiring the consolidation of online marketing assets from HQ.
- Support daily e-commerce operations including order and site monitoring, responding to online customer service queries, and liaising with logistics partners to facilitate returns & exchanges.
- Ensure merchandising on e-commerce and e-retail sites are accurately listed and updated.
- Assist on search engine optimization and improvements to the online store-front to maximize conversion.
- Coordinate material submissions to support the e-retail team (Sephora), to maximize brand visibility on the platform.
- Competitor tracking and reporting on Media & E-commerce campaigns & strategy.
CRM:
- Support member engagement activities including facilitation of online registrations and on-ground event support.
- Execute CRM communications and loyalty campaigns that drive E-business, as well as providing operational support and reporting.
- Work closely across E-commerce and CRM to support any e-crm activations.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILL/QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to multi-task and manage timelines.
- Internship duration: Jan-June 2026
- Proficient in google analytics & Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Knowledge in Photoshop or illustrator for artwork adaptation.
