We are hiring an ECommerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across key ecommerce platforms. This role drives traffic, conversion and sales performance, identifies new online growth opportunities, and works closely with marketing, business teams and external agencies. You will also oversee daytoday warehouse operations, lead and develop a junior team, and ensure smooth endtoend order fulfilment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Company's e-Commerce strategy and manage the sale of the Company's products on e-Commerce platforms.
- Drive traffic into the Company's online stores - devise strategies and action plans to increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate and optimise sales.
- Identify opportunities in the online space and actively pursue growth.
- Work closely with other business verticals and the marketing team to drive online sales growth
- Manage external agencies to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved.
- Oversee in-house warehouse operations and ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet delivery SLAs
- Lead a team of junior staff and develop training programs for the team
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, with profound knowledge of the E-Commerce landscape in Singapore
- Effective communicator, able to achieve internal alignment and handle communications with external partners
- Knowledge in budgeting and basic financial literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
