Key Responsibilities
- Key person to drive sales and operations on various all eCommerce marketplace channels in Singapore Lazada,Shopee, TikTok,)
- Liaise with performance marketing team to maximize sales with exceptional ROAS.
- Familiar with the operations of Seller Centres and execute necessary initiatives from platform.
- Experience on Affiliate marketing, Livestreaming, Broadcasting features, Feed Post, etc) to ensure campaign tools are efficiently utilized.
- Work closely with platform KAMs to plan for campaigns, secure extra exposure and manage co-fund vouchers.
- Responsible to regularly track, analyze, interpret, and make necessary reporting to discover insights for effective business decisions and strategies to enhance store performance.
- Advise on various eCommerce marketplace stores and coordinate store layout, store design, communication messages in accordance to guidelines and campaign requirements with aim to increase sales, customer shopping experience and membership.
- Responsible in the management of eCommerce marketing budget and operational costs with performance marketing team.
- Actively connect and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in developing, planning and executing various campaigns and ensure timely and accurate messages to achieve assigned goals.
- Forecast sales with cross department metrics with sales head and secure stock with demand planners.
- Knowledgeable in logistics planning and movement.
- Stay abreast on market dynamics, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights and trends to develop better sales and marketing strategies.
- Regular reporting on store performance of assigned eCommerce stores.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in business administration, marketing.
- Min. 35 years working experience in eCommerce operations or Online Brand Store within FMCG or consumer electronics industry.
- Worked closely with online platforms KAMS and preferably with JBP with platforms.
- Related experience with management of E-retailers (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok) is essential.
- Strong business and e-commerce acumen.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and work with cross functional teams.
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills.
- Strong sense of customer centric mindset and demonstrate good understanding of consumer behaviorism, brand management and shopper marketing.
- Excellent analysis skillset with Excel and experience with deep understanding of sales tools on platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Good Knowledge of retail sales, brand management.
- Good CX/UX details to drive improvement.
- Able to work independently and excellent agility to work in a fast pace environment.
