We are a Singapore-based watch distribution company representing a portfolio of international watch brands. We supply retailers and partners across the region while growing our direct-to-consumer e-commerce presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and versatile E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to lead our online sales channels and marketing initiatives. This role combines digital strategy, campaign execution, operational support, and cross-functional coordination.

In addition to managing e-commerce and marketing, the successful candidate will also support the sales team with administrative tasks such as invoice preparation and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
  • Monitor website performance, analytics, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Improve user experience and customer journey

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
  • Manage content creation, brand messaging, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with brand partners on marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Identify opportunities for growth across online channels

Sales Support & Operations

  • Assist the sales team in preparing invoices and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions
  • Support inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on stock movement
  • Ensure smooth internal processes between sales, marketing, and operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail distribution
  • Experience managing online stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in luxury goods, watches, or consumer products is an advantage
  • Familiarity with invoicing systems and inventory management software preferred
