Job Responsibilities:
- Childcare & Supervision: Offer attentive and responsive care to infants, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
- Developmental Activities: Design and carry out age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language skills, motor development, and social engagement.
- Individualized Care: Observe and evaluate each infant's needs, interests, and developmental milestones, tailoring activities to support their individual growth.
- Health & Hygiene: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment, while managing diaper changes, feeding, and nap times with nurturing care.
- Parent Communication: Foster strong connections with parents by providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
- Collaboration: Partner with fellow teachers and staff to create a unified and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Job Requirement:
- Certificate in Infants and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) + Early Years Development Framework (EYDF)
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) - EY1
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) - EY2
