Early Careers Programs Specialist

We're looking for an Early Careers Programs Specialist to provide critical support in the delivery and coordination of our regional early talent programs, including internships, graduate rotation programs, and immersion programs. In this role, you will work closely with the AP Programs squad to help plan, execute, and continuously improve program activities across multiple countries in the region. You will collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global program teams to deliver an exceptional experience for program participants from onboarding through to program completion. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for developing early career talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Coordination: Support the AP Programs squad in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Event Support: Help plan, organise, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Communications: Assist with drafting and distributing program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review by the Programs squad.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and participant needs are met.
• Brand & Engagement: Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts, campus engagement activities, and internal communications to promote the programs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and share opportunities to enhance participant experience, streamline processes, and adopt best practices.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to attend occasional after-hours or weekend events (approx. 15% of the time) for campus, program, or networking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events, recruitment, or a related field; experience in Early Careers, graduate programs, or campus recruitment is a plus.
• Highly organized and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate moving parts, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-fluent and technology-forward, with demonstrated curiosity in using AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to simplify work, generate insights, enhance candidate and participant experiences, and improve program outcomes. Prior experience with AI tools is valued, but a strong willingness to learn, experiment, and apply new technologies responsibly is essential.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage early career talent, business stakeholders, university partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative and proactive, with a can-do mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work effectively across teams and markets.
• Detail-oriented problem solver, comfortable using data, feedback, and insights to improve program delivery and stakeholder experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with HRIS, ATS, CRM, survey, collaboration, or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Passionate about developing early career talent and creating inclusive, future-ready experiences for graduates, interns, and emerging professionals.
