Process Improvement/transformation:

Mission (About the Role)

• You will join the EAJ Business Finance controller team of System, Services and Digital. We are the expert of Finance performance measurement and drive our business organization to deliver our target. You will support some of the month-end activities.
• You will lead some initiatives for our process & data journey: standardize, simplify, automatize. Also, we are transforming our way of working to create synergies across the various divisions of the business unit.
• You will join a company acting for climate: this is part of our company priorities.
  
  

What will you do

Process Improvement/transformation:

• You will support the team and drive some initiatives in optimizing and simplifying processes across division for system and service.
• You will support the team and drive some stream for digitalization and roll out sustainable/standardization processes as well as deliverables.
  
  

Month-end activity

• Support the monthly forecast activities process - participate in SIOP discussion with BVP, sales team and execution team and ensure the submission is aligned within the expectation
• Participate and support in month end closing activity
• Participate in business cadence and work closely with Business Finance Controller in managing the accuracy of the forecast
• Support the Business Finance controller in driving performance analysis
  
  

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful

• Bachelor's in Finance, Data & Process Management or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel and ERP
• Logical thinking and willingness to improve status quo.
• Good communication skill
