Requirements:
- Must hav Certificate of Employment In termediaries (CEI) with Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW = domestic helper)
- GCE O level results or equivalent
- 2 years work experience in Employment Agency
- Good in Google Work Space

Jobs Scope
- Communicate with clients for their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Research on client's and candidate's profiles and references
- Identify prospective candidates using different channels
- Create candidate biodata for each open position
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present to client on shortlisted candidates
- Create detailed candidate profile summaries
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Post placement follow up and recorded report
- Brave in making constructive suggestions to better the business
- Excellent in usage of Google Work Space
- Good knowledge of social marketing would be helpful
