Job Description
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership.
- Support the planning and execution of key events and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required.
- Working closely with the regional team in China or other locations.
- Provide support to personal assistant tasks related to household and children.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services or related industry such as healthcare.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin due to the need to interact with the China team which is not able to interact in fluent English
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
