Job Description
. Responsible for airticket, hotel booking and visa applications
. Maintain inventory for pantry items
. Assist to check on travel claims
. Responsible forattendance reports
. Order stationeries including name cards and letterhead
. Submit insurance claim if any
. Arrange servicing oncompany cars/air con etc
. Coordinate with agent to address expatriates housing and related matters
. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma holders
. Experience in office administration and general affairs
. Resourceful,meticulous, organized, and independent
. Displays strong problem‑solving agility demonstrates sharp analytical thinking and quick to assess situations and respond
. Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
. Consistently good attendance with low absenteeism
