Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical equipment (Motor, Variable Speed Drive, Switchgear etc.) and process instruments (Transmitters, Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Analyzers, Weighing System, Tank Gauging System etc.) in accordance to maintenance procedure and schedule
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, calibrate and commission electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Understand and be proficient working with electrical & instrumentation equipment, analyser sample systems and perform all preventive and predictive maintenance on these systems
- Develop and review job safety risk analysis and maintenance procedures
- Document and maintain all field observations and activities
- Be prepared to perform call out duty or perform 12 hours day shift when required
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or its equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in the refinery, petrochemical, chemicals additive industry or pharmaceutical industry
- Possess hands-on experience in handling hi-tech electrical and process instrument. Those with knowledge on PLC, instrument analyzers and analyser sampling system (e.g. Ametek, Rosemount, Mettler Toledo, Siemens) will be advantageous.

- Able to work independently and with teams
