Job Description

Position Overview:

The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our B2C and B2B online stores, ensuring smooth coordination between sourcing, marketing, and fulfilment. This role plays a direct role in driving revenue performance by maintaining accurate, optimized, and operationally efficient online storefronts.

The position sits at the intersection of commercial execution, operations, and digital merchandising, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

. Online Store Operations (B2C & B2B)

. Manage daily operations of the B2C and B2B websites.

. Ensure product listings, pricing, availability, and content are accurate and up to date.

. Manage category structure, navigation, and on-site merchandising.

. Monitor site health, checkout flow, and customer journey issues.

Revenue & Performance Management

. Track sales performance, conversion rates, and average order value across both channels.

. Identify opportunities to improve revenue through pricing, promotions, bundles, and upsells.

. Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches.

. Ensure B2B-specific pricing, discounts, and customer groups are correctly applied.

Cross-Functional Coordination

. Act as the central point of coordination between sourcing, marketing, and fulfilment teams.

. Align product availability with marketing campaigns and demand forecasts.

. Coordinate new product launches from sourcing through go-live.

. Communicate operational constraints that may impact sales or customer experience.

Inventory & Fulfilment Support

. Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock or overstock risks.

. Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing.

. Support B2B order flows, including larger orders, special terms, or custom fulfilment needs.

. Help resolve order or fulfilment issues that impact revenue.

Platform & Process Optimization

. Maintain and improve e-commerce processes as the business scales.

. Work with technical teams to test, implement, and improve site features.

. Ensure B2C and B2B workflows (pricing, tax, shipping, payment terms) function correctly.

. Document processes and contribute to operational playbooks.

Requirements:

. Experience in e-commerce operations or digital merchandising.

. Familiarity with B2C and/or B2B e-commerce workflows.

. Strong organizational and coordination skills.

. High attention to detail and process discipline.

. Comfort working with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
