E-Commerce Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Growth Executive / Specialist to manage and grow our online sales across our website and digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, improving website performance, and executing digital sales strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimise conversions, attract customers, and maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Growth & Strategy

  • Plan and execute e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and online sales
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities
  • Track performance KPIs and continuously improve sales results

2. Online Store Management

  • Manage daily operations of website and marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional content
  • Improve user journey from browsing to checkout to increase conversion rates

3. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Plan, run, and optimise digital ads (Meta, Google, marketplace ads)
  • Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, AOV)
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns, EDMs, and social media alignment
  • Plan promotional calendars for launches, seasonal campaigns, and key sales events
  • Implement strategies to boost repeat purchases, upselling, and customer retention

4. TikTok Live & Affiliate Marketing

  • Plan and manage TikTok Live sessions to drive engagement and sales
  • Track live performance and optimise conversion strategies
  • Recruit and manage affiliates / creators
  • Monitor affiliate performance and campaign results

5. Product & Content Management

  • Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and sales-focused
  • Support campaign planning and product launches
  • Optimise content to improve customer engagement and conversion

6. Order & Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for smooth order fulfilment
  • Handle customer enquiries and ensure good service standards
  • Support walk-in customer needs when required

7. Data & Performance Reporting

  • Analyse sales, traffic, and customer data to identify opportunities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards
  • Drive performance improvements based on data-driven decisions

8. Marketplace & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with platform account managers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
  • Execute marketplace campaigns, vouchers, and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
  • Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded

Added Advantage

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in email marketing, CRM automation, or conversion optimisation
