Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to elevate our digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our online communities, and executing social media strategies that align with our brand's growth. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who stays ahead of digital trends and understands how to build trust and engagement within the financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Design, film, and edit high-quality content (stills, Reels, TikToks, and Stories) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster active discussions within our digital communities (including Telegram groups).
Campaign Execution: Assist in launching and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive lead generation for recruitment and client services.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media features, algorithm changes, and trending topics to keep our brand relevant.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut). Experience with Meta Business Suite is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into relatable content.
Mindset: A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: An interest in or basic understanding of the Singapore financial advisory and insurance landscape is highly preferred.
Education: Minimum Local Diploma or Degree
