We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented team member to join our Hollyhoque family!
This role bridges both online operations and in-store showroom management - perfect for someone who's passionate about fashion, customer experience, and e-commerce.
What You'll Do
E-Commerce & Product Management
- Upload new arrivals, product descriptions, and pricing on our website.
- Update stock levels and ensure product details are accurate.
Order Processing & Inventory
- Manage online orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns/exchanges.
- Track stock levels and liaise with suppliers for restocks.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email or chat.
- Provide style recommendations and assist with product issues.
Showroom Operations
- Assist walk-in customers with styling advice and purchases.
- Maintain showroom displays and overall store presentation.
- Manage stock flow between online and retail operations.
TikTok Live Support
- Assist hosts during live events (prepping products, organizing try-ons, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Prior retail experience is a must (you love engaging with customers!).
- Passion for fashion and an eye for styling.
- Organized, reliable, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce operations is a bonus.
Work Schedule
- 44 hour work week, including weekends
