We are a well-established electrical and construction company, specializing in high-quality electrical installations, building equipment, and smart home solutions. As we expand our business into e-commerce, we aim to strengthen our online presence and sales. To achieve this, we are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and execute promotional strategies.
Job Description:
This role is ideal for candidates with e-commerce sales experience, strong brand marketing skills, and the ability to optimize online sales of electrical products and related construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
. E-Commerce Operations: Manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms, including product listing, optimization, in-platform promotions, and customer service.
. Brand Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and credibility.
. Sales Promotions: Plan and implement e-commerce promotions (e.g., discounts, flash sales, live streaming events) to boost sales conversion rates.
. Data Analytics: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and optimize pricing and marketing strategies.
. Content Marketing: Create product descriptions, promotional materials, and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand exposure.
. Customer Service: Handle inquiries and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with the electrical and construction teams to optimize product supply chains and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
. Experience or knowledge in electrical, construction equipment, or smart home products is preferred.
. Strong sales and promotional planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies.
. Social media marketing expertise (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive traffic and brand engagement.
. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) for creating simple promotional materials (preferred but not required).
. Sales-driven mindset, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
. Basic Salary + Sales Commission (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
. Commission Structure: Performance-based incentives-the more you sell, the more you earn.
. Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
. Location: UBI (Company Address).
