E-commerce Sales Intern

Job Description:

1. Assist in cross-functional projects and handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, new launches and campaign execution, to support business growth in the market.

2. Support management of xiaomi stores (e.g. mi.com, official flagship stores and authorized stores on Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok shop), including goal setting, strategy development, price alignment, and investment management.

3. Aid in annual framework negotiations with platforms (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok), resource coordination, and budget planning.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the local e-commerce ecosystem to increase market share and drive sales growth.

5. Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies and maximize sales.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and basic knowledge of Xiaomi products is preferred.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fast-learning abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

4. Proficient in English as a working language; fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
