Baker's Brew is a leading artisanal bakery known for our creative cakes and interactive baking experiences. We're expanding our online presence and looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce & Sales Intern to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing our e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, delivery apps)
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor online orders and coordinate with operations for smooth fulfilment
- Support digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
- Prepare simple reports on online sales performance and customer feedback
- Research e-commerce trends and propose ideas to improve user experience
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or diploma student in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) a plus
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets comfortable with data entry
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Passion for desserts and creativity is a bonus!
