Job Description

We have a few online shops dealing with books/gifts/other products, etc. This position is open to candidates who can meet the full or partial requirements below. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

1. Responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce: processing daily sales orders, order fulfilment, inventory updates, product dispatch, invoicing, and responding to customer enquiries, etc.

2. Promptly address customer enquiries, feedback, and reviews, and resolve any customer concerns related to online orders and social media platforms.

3. Participate in e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and purchase behaviour.

4. Create and maintain website content, ensuring all content is up-to-date, and verify that all pages, products, and prices on the site are accurate and in line with trading standards.

5. Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve e-commerce platform sales targets, with full responsibility for budget management, performance evaluation, optimisation, and analysis.

6. Manage brand presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc., through collaborative campaigns to maximise brand exposure and generate more sales.

7. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

8. Provide analytical reports on online sales and browsing activities, customer behaviour, and purchasing patterns.

9. Work closely with the Finance team for monthly account closing reports.

10. Understand the current system's capabilities and limitations and continuously implement improvements to systems and processes.

11. Closely monitor competitors activities and stay updated on current market trends.

12. Plan and execute the operational flow of e-commerce operations, activities (e.g., live streaming, giveaway campaigns, etc.), and projects when required.

13. Provide administrative and accounting support if required.

Requirements

1. Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Retail/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.

2. Candidates with specialisation in retail/digital marketing/e-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.

3. Hands-on experience with AI/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects/Shopify/WordPress etc.

4. Possess initiative and be results-orientated.

5. Meticulous and highly accurate in assigned tasks.

6. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

7. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

8. Able to cover other duties if required
