Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and motivated E-Commerce & Retail Sales Assistant to manage our online marketplace presence, e-commerce platform while delivering excellent customer service at our retail walk-in shop. This hybrid role bridges digital storefront management with traditional brick-and-mortar sales.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations: Manage daily operations on e-commerce platform Seller Centres, including product uploads, inventory synchronization, price updates, and campaign submissions.
Digital Marketing & Promotions: Set up and optimize Ads, vouchers, and flash sales to drive traffic and conversions.
Retail Sales: Welcome walk-in customers, provide product information, and maintain the shop's visual merchandising.
Customer Support: Promptly respond to customer chats and inquiries across both online channels and in-person retail.
