Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Sat: 9.00am - 1.00pm (5.5 days/week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare orders for courier collection and delivery
• Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely dispatch
• Work with Operations and Accounts teams on orders and payments
• Handle data entry, documentation, and filing
• Perform daily stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
• Receive, issue, and update stock movement
• Operate e-commerce system to update order status and create entries
• Assist with loading/unloading of goods (manual handling required)
• Support general warehouse and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
