We are growing beyond online orders into platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, livestreaming, pop-ups, and frozen ready-to-eat products.
This internship is for someone who wants to experience how a real food product goes from kitchen to packaging, online listing, marketing, livestreaming, and finally into the customer's hands.
We are looking for a hands-on intern to support our e-commerce, operations, and marketing coordination. You will work closely with the founder and get direct exposure to the behind-the-scenes of building a growing food business.
This is not a desk-only internship. You will be involved in the real execution of product launches, platform management, influencer collaborations, packaging design till it reaches customer's hands.
E-Commerce Platform Support
Assist with product listings on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other sales channels
Upload product photos, descriptions, pricing, variations, and stock information
Monitor online orders and help ensure product details are accurate
Assist with campaign setup, vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics
Communication with customers.
Coordination
Liaise with delivery partners, couriers, and internal team members to ensure smooth fulfilment
Track delivery status and help resolve fulfilment issues when needed
Support curation for packaging materials, labels, stickers.
Marketing & Livestream Support
Assist in coordinating with influencers, livestream hosts, and content creators
Help prepare products and talking points for livestreaming events
Support TikTok Live and Shopee Live campaigns
Help with simple content planning, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes documentation
Business & Launch Support
Be involved in the process of launching new products online
Assist with product testing, customer feedback collection, and launch preparation
Learn how a founder makes decisions across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience
How to launch and sell food products on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
How livestream commerce works behind the scenes
How packaging, delivery, and fulfilment are managed end to end
How influencers and creators are engaged for product promotions
How a business owner manages product, marketing, operations, and customers
Real-world problem-solving in a growing food brand
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Comfortable with hands-on work and coordination
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented, especially when handling listings, orders, and delivery information
Interest in e-commerce, food, social media, or business operations
Basic Canva, TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada experience is a bonus but not required, training will be provided
This role is suitable for someone who wants to learn how a business works from the ground up. You should be someone who does not mind getting your hands dirty, asking questions, and figuring things out together with a growing brand.
