E-Commerce & Marketing Executive

• Position: E-Commerce & Marketing Executive

• Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food products supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for product launches, campaigns and website content.

• Conduct market and competitor research, including pricing, promotional activities and market trends.

• Analyse customer feedback and recommend improvements to marketing initiatives.

• Generate leads through digital channels and manage the company's social-media platforms and website.

• Plan and execute social-media content, advertisements and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate advertising, public-relations, promotional and event activities.

• Support store promotions, marketing materials and visibility initiatives.

• Create basic marketing collateral such as posters, flyers and digital content.

• Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social-media platforms.

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce activities and support online sales growth.

• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Design, Communications or a related discipline.

• At least two years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related role.

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce or online marketing.

• Basic photography and visual-content creation skills.

• Familiarity with social-media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe or similar tools would be advantageous.
