We're Hiring E-commerce Executive / Manager (Remote, Based in Singapore)

Location: Singapore (Remote-Friendly / Hybrid)

We're looking for an E-commerce professional to manage online operations, optimize digital sales channels, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Depending on your experience, this role can be at Executive or Manager level.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.)

Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution

Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and boost sales performance

Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

Ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve operational or customer issues

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For

25 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience with paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) and SEO optimization

Knowledge of CRM or automation tools

Background in retail, FMCG, or tech-related e-commerce
