My client is a rapidly growing sustainable food & beverage company looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Digital Channels Lead to own and scale their online presence across global markets.
About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce strategy and execution across all digital platforms (D2C Shopify, marketplaces, international retail portals).
- Build and manage e-commerce operations and external partners, driving measurable revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and international teams to support global launches and ensure strong online brand representation.
- Use data, performance insights, and customer behaviour to optimise funnels, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- This is a highly hands-on role - you'll be in the tools, setting up campaigns, managing platforms, and testing initiatives from day one.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience building and scaling e-commerce / D2C channels for CPG or FMCG brands
- International market experience APAC, US, and/or Europe strongly preferred
- True startup mindset: scrappy, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and bias toward execution.
- Genuine passion for healthy, better-for-you products, and sustainability.
