Job Description

Convergent Systems(S) Pte Ltd is looking for a junior account manager (Front-end) functions as the primary bridge between eCommerce platforms, (PMs) brands, and internal teams to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

He/she oversee the strategic and tactical execution of online business activities, ensuring that brand objectives align with platform dynamics.

Scope includes partnership management, campaign planning, digital marketing optimization, and ensuring operational efficiency through coordination with the back-end and warehousing teams. Essentially, they are the commercial owner and strategic growth driver of the brand's online store presence.

Success in this role requires a high level of self-discipline, ownership, and initiative, being proactive in identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and executing plans with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

. Build and maintain relationship with platforms and brands.
. Proactively identify and secure deal opportunities, including platform rebates, subsidies, and front-loaded
promotions.
. Drive demand generation through community engagement initiatives, in collaboration with brand partners and
supported by co-marketing efforts.
. Sales forecasting and reporting to PM and brands
-Competitor & Market Insights: Monitor platform trends and competitor activities to inform pricing,
assortment, and promotional strategies.
-Track and analyze key KPIs (conversion,AOV, ROAS, etc.) to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
. Digital Marketing (Traffic & Ads) budget strategizing and control
-Use metrics (Impressions, click-throughs,ROAS, etc.) to identify trends and optimize strategies. . Promotion planning with PM, marketing and brands. . Claims submission/validation for sell-out and marketing investment with vendors.
. Guides SA (Back-end) via sales support training . Supervise and review warehousing and fulfilment services to support sales opportunities . Monitors Return and Refunds (RR), interfaces with brands support and platforms to ascertain/control liability.

Requirements
Experience & Background
Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, online marketplace management, or account management.
Hands-on exposure to major eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify) is strongly preferred
Prior experience working with brand principals, distributors, or platform account managers is an advantage.
Familiarity with campaign-based selling environments (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, flash sales, platform vouchers)

Core Competencies
Commercial Acumen: Understands GMV, margin structures, rebates, subsidies, and promotion mechanics. Able to assess deal viability and balance sales growth with profitability
Platform & Campaign Execution: Comfortable managing end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis. Able to translate platform mechanics into actionable plans for internal and brand stakeholders
Data & Performance Orientation: Confident in analyzing sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs (conversion,AOV, ROAS, traffic mix). Uses data to support recommendations on pricing, promotions, and budget allocation
Stakeholder Management: Able to communicate clearly and professionally with platforms, brand partners, and internal teams. Capable of aligning competing priorities across PMs, marketing, back-end,and warehouse operations.
