E-commerce Executive - Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensure accurate product listings, and support digital sales growth through effective online merchandising and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (website, shopify, apps)

• Ensure accurate pricing, product descriptions, images, and inventory details

• Coordinate with marketing teams on online promotions, campaigns, and banners

• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries

• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics

• Optimize product visibility through webpage, keywords, and platform tools

• Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Track competitor pricing and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales operations

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising

• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketplace dashboards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
