E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
• Order & Product Management: Process orders, maintain accurate product listings, and coordinate with various parties.
• Administrative Support: Handle records, reports, and cross-functional coordination to meet KPIs.
• Campaign Analysis & Execution: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT/Technology, Retail or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and data analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
