We're Hiring: E-Commerce Executive (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

At Duck Learning, we empower future innovators through STEAM education tools, robotics kits, and hands-on learning solutions. As exclusive regional distributors for leading global educational brands, we serve educational institutions and retail customers both locally in Singapore and internationally.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to oversee our multi-channel storefronts and streamline our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management: Manage, update, and optimize our main Shopify store to enhance user experience, run promotional campaigns, and boost conversion rates for local and overseas orders.
Marketplace Operations: Oversee daily store setups, product listings, price updates, and backend operations across online portals including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional platforms.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for purchased products. Handle stock allocation, packing workflows, local deliveries, and international cross-border logistics.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across sales channels to prevent overselling, manage return/exchange processes, and ensure timely updates for new STEAM product launches.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
Shopify Expertise: Highly proficient in Shopify platform management, app integration, navigation, and store optimization.
Multi-Platform Skillset: Proven track record of managing backend seller centers on Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and similar marketplaces.
Logistics & Cross-Border Acumen: Practical knowledge of local order fulfillment as well as international shipping standards and customs clearance procedures.
Attributes: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about tech and educational tools.

Role Details

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time options available (flexible hours negotiable for part-time).
Location: Singapore
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and employment type.
