Position Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce Platform Specialist who will take charge of managing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon and our official website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and is ready to contribute to our success by optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify and others).
- Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search and sales.
- Collaborate with designers to create effective and engaging campaign materials.
- Oversee daily order management, including processing and fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and issues.
- Monitor category performance, drive daily operations, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Analyze sales data daily, weekly, and monthly to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage traffic and advertising on various platforms, optimizing for the best results.
- Communicate with platform partners to negotiate resources and improve business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Must be proficient in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Independant and able to work on weekends
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure
