. Drive the Group's North American e-commerce project, the India expansion project, the EU e-commerce project, membership/loyalty from scope to implementation to operations in the Group, future APP design, refinement and launch, with a view to also leveraging e-commerce platforms and global delivery capabilities, and support the Group's non-China/ROW e-commerce operations and development
. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Group Companies e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
. Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience
. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes
. Using key performance indicators (KPIs)such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction indecision-making
. Optimizing the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness
. Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms
. Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development strategy to expand the Company's presence in key international regions (North America, India and the EU)
. Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with major international e-commerce platforms, third-party marketplaces, and local distributors
. Track global market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior in target markets to identify new growth opportunities
. Support the P&L for ROW e-commerce channels, monitoring annual sales targets and achieving growth through both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace channels
. Coordinate with logistics, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure compliance with overseas regulations, seamless inventory supply, and localized marketing efforts
. Lead negotiations with overseas partners, ensuring favorable terms for shipping, commission, and inventory handling
. Provide regular updates to senior management on expansion progress, revenue forecasts, and ROI metrics
. Oversee localization strategy to operational, legal, and logistic compliance and
. Ensure compliance with Group policies & procedures as well as local laws and regulations.
