Job Description

Job Summary

Manage and execute daily e-commerce operations, driving seamless order fulfillment, customer engagement, and product presentation to enhance online sales performance and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and pack customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok to optimize visibility and sales
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via platform chats to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, graphics, and sales to align e-commerce activities with business goals
  • Coordinate and manage live streaming sessions on screen and backend to promote products and engage customers
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to support brand awareness and product launches
  • Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to coordinate brand/product launches and ensure content is current and impactful
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva would be a plus.
  • Adapt communication and problem-solving approaches to respond effectively to dynamic e-commerce situations
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to meet operational deadlines and business objectives


Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with Photoshop and Canva for content creation and graphic design


Other Information

  • Work schedule: 5-day work week with Saturdays included on a rotation basis
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Annual leave: 14 days per calendar year
