Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Handle return/exchange requests and complaints
Follow up on order issues and shipping exceptions
Document customer feedback to improve service processes
Maintain positive customer relationships
Basic Requirements:
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Basic computer/typing skills
Patience and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and complete tasks on time
Equipment Requirements:
Computer or laptop
Headset/microphone
Stable internet connection
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada)
Familiarity with e-commerce platform chat tools
Basic data analysis ability
