Job Description

Title: E-commerce Customer Service Specialist

Salary Range:

Full-time:3,200 - 4,200 / month

Part-time:105 - 140 / day

Work Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

Handle return/exchange requests and complaints

Follow up on order issues and shipping exceptions

Document customer feedback to improve service processes

Maintain positive customer relationships

Basic Requirements:

Excellent communication and empathy skills

Basic computer/typing skills

Patience and problem-solving ability

Ability to multitask and complete tasks on time

Equipment Requirements:

Computer or laptop

Headset/microphone

Stable internet connection

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada)

Familiarity with e-commerce platform chat tools

Basic data analysis ability

Age and Work Rights:

Meet the minimum age requirement stipulated by Singapore labor law

Have the right to work legally in Singapore (must hold Singapore citizenship/permanent resident status/valid work pass)
