We are a preloved luxury retail boutique and we are looking for a E-commerce & Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly & highly-effective team.
Job scope
- Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, product listing, display shelf management etc
- Assess condition of items and write clear descriptions
- Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly
- Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneself
- Enjoy human interactions and build relationship with people
- Interests in fashion & style
- Experience in customer service, social media, photography, videography, content writing will be advantageous
- 5-day work week (40 hours/week). Must be able to work 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) each week. Our operational hours: 10AM-7PM. 4-day work week (32 hours/week arrangement can be discussed.
- Right to work in Singapore required. We are unable to sponsor work permit
