Job Description

Position title : Admin Assistant
Location: Boon Lay
.....[Company will move to new place in 2027 - still finding office (either North or West)].....
Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri Sat / Sun half day / PH shifts required (rotational)
Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat) or 2pm-6pm (Sun)
Salary : Up to $2800

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records.

  • Manage emails, files, and documents efficiently.

  • Provide customer service to both internal teams and clients.

  • Assist in resolving issues with practical solutions.

  • Support sales team with client follow-ups and sales documentation.

  • Maintain customer profiles and handle enquiries professionally.

  • Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery of goods.

  • Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Minimum qualification of Post Secondary / Diploma.
  • Experiences in data entry, document management, customer service and keying invoice.
