Job Description & Requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- To work closely with the Sales Admin team to coordinate shipment arrangements
- To prepare sales forecasting for the management review.
- To visit stores to build stronger business relations and enhance the customer service level
- To introduce and present new products to new Customers.
- To negotiate with Suppliers and Principals on pricing and better trading terms.
- Leading and monitoring the sales merchandisers performance to maximize sales and meet or exceed the corporate sales goals.
- Follow up with stakeholders to propose product promotions, new products, and price changes.
- Make regular stores visit to meet store managers to request space for new arrivals and marketing plans.
- Conduct sales analysis and implement effective sales strategy & planning to meet sales target
- Oversee the e‑commerce platform stack (Shopline, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
- Ensure uptime, performance, and scalability.
- Create social media contents, SEO, SEM.
